Product Introduction

The waste heat boiler for three-waste mixed combustion furnace is a highly efficient energy-saving and environmentally friendly product that recovers waste gas, waste slag, and waste heat from the three-waste mixed combustion furnace of chemical gasification equipment. The waste heat flue gas has high temperature (800~1000 degrees Celsius) and high dust content (15g/Nm3). The waste heat boilers developed by our company for this industry mainly include two types: vertical and tunnel kiln horizontal natural circulation waste heat boilers. This waste heat boiler is a typical energy-saving and utilization equipment in the chemical industry's circular economy. It is used with the three-waste mixed combustion furnace and air blower furnace, enabling production enterprises to completely achieve "two coals into one coal" and "two furnaces into one furnace", creating huge economic and environmental benefits for enterprises, and truly achieving safety, environmental protection, increased production, increased efficiency, and savings.

This type of waste heat boiler is mainly composed of water-cooled screens, superheaters, convection tubes, economizers, and air preheaters, and simultaneously receives the water-cooled components of the three-waste mixed combustion furnace as its heating components. Our company has adopted a number of effective measures to address the corrosion of the tail-end heating surfaces in the three-waste mixed combustion furnace and air blower waste heat boilers.

Design Features

1. Utilizing the combustion characteristics of the fluidized bed, borrowing the return material recovery technology of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, and adopting the air blower waste heat boiler mode, the waste gas, waste slag, and waste ash generated by gas production can be simultaneously mixed and burned;

2. Cancel the internal grid bricks to ensure the ignition of the air blower, and the waste heat boiler adopts a tunnel kiln type to minimize the resistance of the combustion system and improve the gasification air blowing efficiency;

3. Reasonable heat recovery, large steam volume, high quality, low steam cost, and can be equipped with power generation;

4. High operational safety performance, good operational stability, multiple uses in one furnace, reduced investment, and easy management;

5. The furnace adopts unique anti-erosion, anti-penetration, anti-expansion, and anti-cracking technology to ensure that the temperature of the combustion furnace and dust collector shell is low, reducing heat loss and extending the service life of the equipment.

This product can be made into various specifications and models according to the amount of air blower gas, gasification furnace slag, and dust collector fine ash generated by synthesis ammonia and methanol production enterprises.
