Descriptions
Suitable fuels for corner tube biomass boilers: loose straw-like fuels and formed biomass fuels.
The general size requirement for fuel is no larger than 50×30×10mm (length×width×thickness) or rod-shaped fuel mmφ30×50 (length×diameter). A small amount of fuel with a length of 50-100mm is allowed. The general moisture content requirement is no more than 25%, with a maximum of 30%. For pressed formed fuel, the general size requirement is no more than 30×30×10mm, and the general moisture content requirement is no more than 15%.
Reciprocating grate can be used when fuel moisture and ash content are high. Special design:
1. The boiler body adopts a corner tube, self-supporting structure, cleverly solving the relevant problems of boiler expansion and support, with a simple and reliable support structure.
2. The furnace and the lower downcomer are surrounded by a fully welded membrane water wall structure, which has good sealing, small heat dissipation loss, and is clean and hygienic.
3. The air preheater and economizer both adopt a box-type structure and are assembled at the factory, which shortens the installation cycle and increases the sealing performance of the tail flue.
4. Boilers with superheaters have a flag-type heating surface arranged in front of the high-temperature superheater, ensuring the high-temperature performance of the superheater, allowing the superheater to operate stably for a long time even in the harsh flue gas environment produced by burning biomass.
5. When using a reciprocating grate, the grate and fuel have relative movement, suitable for burning biomass loose materials with high moisture and ash content and low calorific value.
6. When burning loose materials, the spray method is used to add them to the furnace, so that the fuel is burned in a mixed way of "layer combustion + suspension combustion", with high combustion efficiency.
7. A lightweight furnace wall structure is adopted, making the overall weight of the boiler light.
8. This boiler burns pure straw or other biomass without adding other bed materials, so the ash and slag discharged can be directly used as organic fertilizer, which is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product.
