Autoclaves and other quick-opening pressure vessels
Autoclave, also known as a steam curing kettle or pressure steam kettle, is a large, heavy-duty pressure vessel. Autoclaves have a wide range of applications, being extensively used in the steam curing of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe piles, sand-lime bricks, coal ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, heat-insulating asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, and other building materials, completing the hydrothermal reaction of Cao-Si02-H2O within the kettle. They are also widely used in rubber products, wood drying and preservation, heavy metal smelting, refractory brick oil and coal impregnation, glass steam curing, high-pressure processing of chemical fiber products, high-temperature and high-pressure processing of canned food, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization, fishing net shaping, as well as production projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, thermal insulation materials, textile, military, and other industries requiring pressure steam curing processes.
