Product Introduction
Carbon rotary kiln waste heat boilers and tank-type carbon waste heat boilers are boilers that utilize waste heat from the flue gas of carbon rotary kilns or tank-type carbon calcination furnaces. Their main output is superheated steam for use in steam turbine generators or for production and living purposes. The flue gas after the calcination furnace is high-temperature (700-1200 degrees Celsius), with low dust content (~5g/Nm3). However, some flue gas has a high SOx content and space is limited. Our carbon waste heat boiler uses a vertical structure with a small footprint, and employs finned or membrane wall heating surfaces to reduce the boiler's size, targeting these flue gas characteristics.
Features of our carbon waste heat boiler: 1. Energy saving and comprehensive utilization of thermal energy. This waste heat boiler uses the waste heat from industrial dusty flue gas to generate steam for power generation, production, and living. Because it does not directly use primary fuel, it has the characteristics of energy saving and comprehensive energy utilization. 2. In-furnace dust removal, beneficial for environmental protection. Industrial dusty flue gas contains a large amount of particulate dust. This boiler uses the principle of inertial separation at the bottom of the water-cooled flue and the economizer to separate dust through flue gas turning, thereby reducing dust content. 3. Low resistance. The boiler body uses an equal velocity and low-velocity design, resulting in low body resistance, which is beneficial for combining with other equipment and reducing system power consumption. 4. Compact structure, neat and beautiful appearance.
