Autoclave

Autoclaves and other quick-opening pressure vessels

Autoclave, also known as a steam curing kettle or pressure steam kettle, is a large, heavy-duty pressure vessel. Autoclaves have a wide range of applications, being extensively used in the steam curing of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, concrete pipe piles, sand-lime bricks, coal ash bricks, microporous calcium silicate boards, new lightweight wall materials, heat-insulating asbestos boards, high-strength gypsum, and other building materials, completing the hydrothermal reaction of Cao-Si02-H2O within the kettle. They are also widely used in rubber products, wood drying and preservation, heavy metal smelting, refractory brick oil and coal impregnation, glass steam curing, high-pressure processing of chemical fiber products, high-temperature and high-pressure processing of canned food, pulp cooking, cable vulcanization, fishing net shaping, as well as production projects in the chemical, pharmaceutical, aerospace, thermal insulation materials, textile, military, and other industries requiring pressure steam curing processes.

Various storage tanks

My company designs and manufactures various steel storage tanks. Steel storage tank projects are essential and important infrastructure in the petroleum, chemical, grain and oil, food, fire protection, transportation, metallurgy, and national defense industries. Our economic lives are inseparable from large and small steel storage tanks, and the important role of steel storage tanks in national economic development is irreplaceable. With the continuous development of the current storage tank industry, more and more industries and enterprises are using storage tanks, and more and more enterprises are entering the storage tank industry. Steel storage tanks are special equipment for storing various liquid (or gaseous) raw materials and finished products. For many enterprises, production cannot proceed normally without storage tanks, especially national strategic material reserves, which are inseparable from storage tanks of various capacities and types.

Deoxygenator

I. Applications and Advantages of Film-Type Deaerators Film-type deaerators heat boiler feedwater to the saturation temperature corresponding to the operating pressure of the deaerator, removing oxygen and other gases dissolved in the feedwater to prevent and reduce corrosion of boiler feedwater pipes, economizers, and other auxiliary equipment. Hundreds of power plants have proven the following advantages of film-type deaerators in operation: 1. High deoxygenation efficiency, 100% qualified feedwater. (High pressure 5цɡ/L, low pressure 10цɡ/L) 2. Stable operation, no vibration. When the load changes by 25%, the water supply changes by 10%, and the water temperature drops, the deaerator remains vibration-free and without vaporization. 3. Good adaptability. In addition to its advantages such as being undemanding of water quality and temperature, it can also operate at an overload of about 50%, especially for heating units and deaerators with sliding pressure operation, which shows its superior performance. 4. The exhaust steam volume is less than 0.1% of the inlet water volume, and no additional exhaust gas cooler is required. It consumes 1/3 less energy than other types of thermal deaerators with the same output, optimizing equipment and reducing heat consumption. II. The Role of Film-Type Deaerators in Boiler Water In the boiler feedwater treatment process, boiler water deoxygenation is a crucial step. Oxygen is the main corrosive substance in the feedwater system and boiler. The oxygen in the feedwater should be removed quickly; otherwise, it will corrode the boiler feedwater system and components. The corrosion product, iron oxide, will enter the boiler, depositing or adhering to the boiler tube walls and heating surfaces, forming iron scale with poor heat transfer. Moreover, corrosion can cause pitting on the inner walls of the pipes, increasing the resistance coefficient. In severe cases of pipe corrosion, pipe explosions may even occur. Domestic regulations stipulate that steam boilers with an evaporation capacity greater than or equal to 2 tons per hour and hot water boilers with a water temperature greater than or equal to 95℃ must be deoxygenated.

Immersion tank, pressure tank, etc.

There are two types of impregnation tanks: horizontal and vertical. They are mainly used in the production of graphite electrodes. For the production of large-specification, high-power, and ultra-high-power graphite electrodes, the impregnation device is a crucial process equipment. (1) Horizontal impregnation tank: In the manufacture of horizontal impregnation tanks, our group company uses a fully automatic hydraulic door opening mechanism. The hydraulic door opening mechanism consists of a door opening hydraulic cylinder, a rotary door hydraulic cylinder, a rotating shaft and kettle door connecting device, a clamp positioning device, a hydraulic cylinder limit device, and a hydraulic system. When opening the kettle door, the operator first opens the control valve or button of the rotary door hydraulic cylinder to rotate the clamp so that the clamp teeth are misaligned with the kettle cover flange teeth. Then, open the control valve or button of the door opening hydraulic cylinder to open the kettle door. When closing the kettle door, first open the control valve or button of the door opening hydraulic cylinder to close the kettle door, and then open the control valve or button of the rotary door hydraulic cylinder to rotate the clamp so that the clamp teeth are aligned with the kettle cover flange teeth to lock the kettle door. The horizontal impregnation tank has a simple structure, low-position operation, and is easy to open. The limit device of the hydraulic cylinder is used to realize the limit of opening and closing the kettle door, which is convenient, safe, reliable, and automated. (2) Vertical impregnation tank: The vertical impregnation tank is generally composed of three major parts: the tank body, the tank door, and the tank bottom; among them, the tank door and the tank body are connected by a quick-opening joint, and the tank bottom is welded to the tank body. The quick-opening joint consists of three parts: an outer support ring on the tank body, a live sleeve clamp, and an outer tooth component on the quick-opening door. The outer support ring at the end of the tank body and the inner support ring on one side of the live sleeve clamp are engaged, and the clamp can rotate freely on the support ring of the tank body. The other side of the live sleeve clamp is provided with evenly distributed inner teeth, and the corresponding number of outer teeth are correspondingly set on the quick-opening door of the tank. When the clamp rotates so that the inner and outer teeth correspond one to one, the quick-opening door is locked and pressed against the tank mouth; when the clamp rotates so that the inner and outer teeth are staggered, the quick-opening door can be detached from the tank mouth and opened.
