Applicable fuel: Straw and other scattered biomass fuels, formed biomass fuels;
Fuel size generally requires no more than 50×30×10mm (length×width×thickness) or rod-shaped fuel mmφ30×50 (length×diameter), a small amount of length of 50-100mm is allowed, the total moisture generally requires no more than 25%, the maximum does not exceed 30%, for pressed formed fuel, the size generally requires no more than 30×30×10mm, the total moisture generally requires no more than 15%.
This type of boiler can use chain grate or reciprocating grate according to the fuel.
Special design:
1. Furnace, secondary air: Due to the low density, low calorific value, high volatile matter and high moisture content of biomass fuel, biomass boilers are quite different from general coal-fired boilers. First of all, they need a larger combustion space and sufficient height so that the fuel has sufficient combustion time in the furnace. At the same time, sufficient secondary air is arranged in layers at a certain height in the furnace to adapt to the concentrated release and combustion of a large amount of volatile matter, ensure that the combustible matter and air are fully mixed and burned, and enable the combustible matter to be completely burned in the furnace.
2. Heating surface, soot blower arrangement: Because biomass fuel contains high K and Cl, the ash after combustion contains a large amount of alkali metal salts such as KCl and KCO3. These salts have low melting points and are easy to accumulate on the heating surface. This requires the use of different arrangement methods from general coal furnaces when designing the heating surface to structurally reduce the ash accumulation on the heating surface. At the same time, these ashes have strong adhesion, and it is difficult to remove these ashes with conventional ultrasonic soot blowers. Steam soot blowers should be arranged at appropriate positions in the boiler. In addition, due to the presence of Cl in biomass fuel, the corrosion of the tail heating surface is increased, and special consideration needs to be given to the structure and material selection of the last-stage heating surface to avoid or reduce the corrosion of the tail heating surface.
SZL type assembled biomass boiler
This type of boiler uses biomass briquettes, loose biomass, or bituminous coal as fuel.
When burning loose biomass, a new type of SZL assembled biomass boiler should be used, and the grate should be a chain grate or reciprocating grate according to the fuel.
Special design is as follows:
1. The boiler furnace is designed as a full water-cooled combustion chamber. The left and right membrane walls extend all the way to the grate surface, forming a water-cooled furnace with the front and rear water-cooled arches, which increases the radiant heating surface of the furnace, improves the boiler output and thermal efficiency.
2. Innovative rear arch structure design. Pipes are drawn from the bottom of the lower drum to the two side headers to form the rear arch pipes, successfully solving the technical problem that the arrangement of the water-cooled arch has to increase the height of the boiler, causing the waste of boiler space.
3. The boiler as a whole adopts a low thermal inertia design. Due to the use of advanced water-cooled closed combustion chamber and ingenious rear arch structure, the boiler as a whole is more compact, the radiant heating surface area of the furnace is increased by more than 50%; at the same time, the use of lightweight furnace walls reduces the thermal inertia of the boiler by 70%, not only the boiler output is large, the combustion efficiency is high, but also the boiler load adjustment is more flexible.
4. The boiler body adopts a fully sealed structure with membrane water walls. The boiler is well sealed and leak-proof, reducing heat dissipation loss and flue gas heat loss, improving boiler thermal efficiency, and improving the boiler room working environment.
5. The boiler grate adopts a contact-type lower sealing structure. The left and right headers of the boiler are designed as anti-coking headers, and the side sealing iron is cancelled, which completely solves the defects of side sealing card grate and air leakage causing uneven combustion air distribution.
