Product Introduction
This series of waste heat boilers is a device that uses the waste heat of high-temperature solid particles to generate steam. Its structure has the following characteristics:
1. Energy saving, realizing comprehensive utilization of thermal energy. This waste heat boiler uses industrial solid waste heat to generate steam that can be used for power generation, production, and daily life. It does not directly use disposable fuel,Therefore, it has the characteristics of energy saving and comprehensive energy utilization.
2. High-temperature solid particles Enter the furnace from the material inlet and fall down along the direction of gravity. They pass through a primary volatilization section, two evaporators, two economizers, a primary soft water heater, and a primary circulating water cooler before falling into the material recovery equipment from the outlet.
3. Material level and temperature monitoring points are set at the material inlet, and a temperature measuring point is set at the material outlet to monitor the material height and the inlet and outlet material temperatures.
4. The boiler body adopts a protective plate furnace wall structure, and the inner wall of the wall adopts321stainless steel material, with a thickness of 4mm ，the outer wall uses carbon steel, with a thickness of 6mm ，the middle is300mmthick lightweight insulation bricks for insulation. Steel supports are used between the inner and outer protective plates to fully ensure that the boiler can withstand20Kpainternal pressure.
