This series of waste heat boilers is a device that uses the waste heat of high-temperature flue gas from the back of the end furnace to generate superheated steam.

Technical Features:

1. Increase the flue gas velocity, reduce the risk of ash accumulation in the tube bundle, and ensure heat exchange efficiency;

2. The high-temperature zone is surrounded by a constant-temperature membrane water-cooled wall and a constant-temperature water-cooled hanging pipe structure, which has good sealing, high strength, good insulation effect, and high boiler thermal efficiency;

3. Convenient installation and maintenance, fully considering the maintenance issues of the superheater, evaporator, and economizer, with maintenance passages on both the upper and lower sides of each group of heating surfaces.

4. Full-parallel arrangement, increasing the inter-tube spacing, and using limiting measures in the horizontal and vertical directions of the tube rows to ensure that the tube rows do not deform during installation and operation, reducing the risk of ash accumulation;

5. The economizer adopts a membrane-type straight finned tube structure to prevent ash accumulation and wear, and the three economizers can be shut down and operated separately for easy adjustment;

6. The economizer is entirely made of09CuCrSb(NDsteel) material, which can effectively reduce the risk of low-temperature corrosion, greatly increasing the service life of the economizer;

7. All welds on the boiler heating surface are outside the flue, the welds are not heated, are not subjected to flue gas scouring, and are not easily damaged. Even if damaged, they can be quickly processed outside the furnace, shortening the maintenance cycle;

8. Because the high-temperature section of the boiler is surrounded by a membrane water-cooled wall structure, the boiler uses very little refractory material, only insulation material. The boiler starts and stops quickly, and the thermal efficiency is high. At the same time, because the insulation material is lighter, the overall weight of the boiler is greatly reduced, and the original boiler foundation and steel structure can fully meet the requirements without replacement.

9. Anti-wear covers are used for anti-wear treatment on the upper part of the hanging pipes, on the upper part of each layer of heating surface tube rows, and at the elbow positions; at the flue gas inlet, connecting pipes are used for avoidance to prevent direct scouring by the flue gas. At the same time, a layer of wear-resistant refractory concrete is cast on the windward side membrane wall at the flue gas inlet for anti-wear treatment.
