Product Introduction
This product is a vertically-installed "D" type packaged or sectional water tube boiler. The boiler structure is compact, with a small footprint and good flame filling. The furnace water wall and convection pass are all made of membrane wall structure, with good sealing and effectively reducing the use and maintenance of refractory bricks. An energy-saving condenser is installed at the tail, which can effectively reduce the flue gas temperature, and the boiler has high thermal efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
1. This boiler adopts a double-drum "D" type layout. The structure is compact, the footprint is small, and the flame filling is good. The boiler also uses a lower support method, allowing it to freely expand upwards.
2. The furnace water wall and convection pass all adopt membrane wall structure, which has good sealing performance and effectively reduces the use and maintenance workload of refractory bricks.
3. Considering the overall transportation requirements of the boiler, the design layout of the boiler is more compact. In addition, this boiler uses a quick-assembly structure, which can effectively shorten the installation cycle.
4. The furnace of this boiler is equipped with inspection holes, which greatly facilitates use and maintenance. There are two explosion-proof doors on the furnace top.
5. This boiler uses high thermal resistance materials as the insulation layer. It has good heat insulation performance. An economizer is installed at the tail end, which can effectively reduce the flue gas temperature and improve boiler thermal efficiency.
6. The boiler has sufficient heating surface and a large enough steam-water space to ensure stable boiler parameters.
7. It adopts a fully automatic burner, with high combustion efficiency and functions of ignition program control, overpressure, and flameout protection.
8. The water supply adopts continuous electric adjustment and has high and low water level alarm and interlock protection functions.
9. Some boiler models use a spray water desuperheater, which features sensitive temperature regulation and a large temperature adjustment range.
