Product Introduction
This furnace type is typicalofa vertically-mounted drum "D"Dtype quick-assembly water tube boiler. It consists of upper and lower drums, membrane water walls, convection tube bundles, economizers, and condensers. The burner is arranged on the front wall, and after the fuel burns in the furnace, the flue gas is discharged into the chimney through the convection tube bundles, economizer, and condenser.
Performance Characteristics
⑴ This boiler adopts a double-drum "D" type layout, with a compact structure, small footprint, and good flame filling.D”It has compact structure, small floor space and good flame filling degree.
⑵ The boiler adopts a lower support method, allowing for free upward expansion.
⑶ The furnace water walls and convection flue gas passages all adopt a membrane wall structure, which has good sealing and effectively reduces the use and maintenance of refractory bricks.
⑷ The boiler's exterior is packaged with pressed protective plates, making it beautiful and attractive.
⑸ The furnace of this boiler is equipped with inspection holes, providing great convenience for use and maintenance. There are two explosion-proof doors on the top of the furnace.
⑹ This boiler uses a quick-assembly structure, which can effectively shorten the installation cycle.
⑺ High thermal resistance materials are used as the insulation layer, providing good thermal insulation performance.
⑻ An economizer is arranged at the rear, which can effectively reduce the flue gas temperature and improve the boiler's thermal efficiency.
⑼ The entire boiler is mounted on a very strong base, making transportation and installation convenient.
⑽ The boiler has a sufficient heating surface and a large steam-water space, ensuring stable boiler parameters.
⑾ A fully automatic burner is used, with high combustion efficiency and ignition program control, as well as overpressure and flameout protection functions.
⑿ Water supply uses continuous electric adjustment and has high and low water level alarms and interlock protection functions.
