Product Introduction
The novel dual-vortex low-speed circulating fluidized bed boiler achieves significant technological breakthroughs in vortex fluidized combustion technology, vortex wind separation structure design and parametric design technology, and return material technology, while inheriting the advantages of existing technologies.
A circulating fluidized bed boiler generally consists of a combustion chamber, a separator, a fly ash circulation system, a superheater, a convection tube bundle, an economizer, and an air preheater.
Circulating fluidized bed boilers have low-temperature intensified combustion characteristics. Unburned carbon particles, along with high-temperature flue gas (850℃~900℃), Enter the separator from the upper part of the combustion chamber. The fly ash separated from the separator returns to the combustion chamber for circulating combustion, greatly improving the burnout rate of fly ash.
Performance Characteristics
1. The furnace, separator, and return material system are cleverly arranged as one using membrane water walls, resulting in a compact structure.
2. Significant technological breakthroughs have been achieved in the separator structure and parametric design, effectively improving boiler combustion efficiency and separation efficiency.
3. The return material system's return material channel is composed of two membrane water walls. Part of the heat carried by the fly ash is absorbed by the water wall tubes. A wind-like bubbling fluidized return material device is used to achieve a bubbling fluidized state for the return material.
4. Anti-wear design employs multiple measures, resulting in wide coal adaptability. The vortex fluidized combustion technology achieves vortex fluidized circulating combustion of materials in the combustion chamber, improving combustion efficiency. In addition, the failure rate is reduced, allowing for long-term continuous operation.
5. The product uses low-temperature combustion technology to effectively reduce the generation of harmful gases and allows for in-furnace desulfurization, complying with environmental protection, energy conservation, and emission reduction policies.
