Product Introduction
The new circulating fluidized bed boiler is a natural circulation circulating fluidized bed steam boiler. This product is a patent exclusively owned by Zhengzhou Zhongding Co., Ltd., examined and established by the State Intellectual Property Office in accordance with the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China. The patent number is ZL2012 2 0333591.
1. The boiler adopts a full-steel floor-standing structure, greatly saving the boiler foundation civil engineering investment. The boiler has very low thermal inertia and fast pressure-increasing and air supply time. 2. The suspended membrane wall furnace adopts a reliable avoidance, airtight, and excellent heat transfer effect full-membrane wall lightweight attached tube furnace wall structure. 3. The supported lower fluidized bed adopts an airtight and simple full-steel shell medium-sized furnace wall structure. 4. The upper furnace and the lower fluidized bed are reliably connected and sealed by an expansion and contraction structure. 5. The heat-resistant alloy cast steel columnar embedded counter-current wind cap is leak-proof, has uniform air distribution, and a long lifespan.
6. Reliable and mature double cyclone adiabatic separator combined with membrane wall water-cooled ceiling and turning flue structure with membrane wall water-cooled ceiling. 7. High-efficiency and mature double U-shaped return valve structure.

Performance Characteristics

3. The water-cooled membrane wall separator top and water-cooled membrane wall turning flue structure completely solve the problems of air leakage, collapse, and damage of the separator top of the circulating fluidized bed boiler. It comprehensively improves the reliability of the boiler.
4. The amount of refractory materials used in the boiler is greatly reduced by 50%, thereby reducing the thermal inertia of the boiler, and the boiler start-up and pressure-increasing and air supply time is greatly reduced.
5. The boiler has a small footprint and is easier to arrange.
