Product Introduction

This boiler is a product jointly developed by our company and Professor Cao of Tsinghua University, incorporating his circulating fluidized bed technology and our years of experience in manufacturing circulating fluidized bed boilers. In the combustion system, a feeder sends biomass fuel into the furnace, and air for boiler combustion is supplied by primary and secondary air blowers. The air delivered by the primary air blower is preheated by the primary air preheater and then introduced into the lower water-cooled air chamber from the left and right air ducts, entering the combustion chamber through the air caps on the water-cooled air distribution plate; the air delivered by the secondary air blower is preheated by the secondary air preheater and then injected into the furnace through nozzles distributed on the front and rear walls of the furnace to supplement air, enhance disturbance and mixing. The fuel and air are mixed and burned in a fluidized state in the furnace, and heat exchange is carried out with the heating surface. The flue gas in the furnace (carrying a large amount of unburned carbon particles) further burns and releases heat in the upper part of the furnace. The flue gas leaving the furnace and carrying a large amount of material is passed through a volute cyclone separator, after which most of the material is separated and returned to the furnace via a return feeder to achieve circulating combustion. The separated flue gas is discharged from the tail flue through the turning chamber, high-temperature superheater, low-temperature superheater, economizer, and primary and secondary air preheaters. Due to the use of circulating fluidized bed combustion, the addition of limestone to the furnace can significantly reduce the emission of SO2 in the flue gas, and the low-temperature and air-graded combustion technology can significantly inhibit the generation of NOx. Its ash slag has good activity and high comprehensive utilization value, making it more suitable for increasingly stringent national environmental protection requirements.

Performance Characteristics

1. The circulating fluidized bed boiler has a single-drum horizontal structure with a "π" arrangement.

2. Membrane water-cooled wall suspended furnace and membrane water-cooled flue gas at the separator inlet.

3. Uses easily replaceable, low-resistance, ash-free bell-type air caps.

4. Low-resistance, high-separation efficiency technical improvements to the separator and central cylinder.

5. Uses a reliable return material device and is equipped with an independent Roots blower for air supply, saving power consumption.

6. Uses a low bed pressure operation mode.

7. Uses a primary air blower with lower pressure head to reduce blower power consumption.

8. Optimized secondary air arrangement and nozzle flow rate to reduce secondary air blower pressure head.

9. The air preheater uses a multi-tube box arrangement, and the low-temperature section uses corrosion-resistant steel pipes to avoid overall replacement due to low-temperature corrosion.
