  Huli Jia Enterprise headquarters is located in Shanghai, the most economically developed city in China. The company owns several wholly-owned or holding subsidiaries, including Shanghai Huli Jia Industrial Co., Ltd., Henan Huli Jia Industrial Co., Ltd., Henan Huli Jia Paper Co., Ltd., and Henan Huli Jia Trade Co., Ltd. It also has four modern production bases in Shanghai and Henan, designing, researching, and producing disposable hygiene products, mainly including sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, breast pads, baby diapers, adult care products, and high-end sanitary paper, covering multiple Brands and series of products.

 

 

  On August 7, 2010, Henan Huli Jia Paper Co., Ltd. and our company signed the "SHF15-1.6-AII+ Slag Type Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler Contract," with our company responsible for the installation and commissioning of this circulating fluidized bed boiler and its auxiliary equipment.

  Characteristics of SHF15-1.6-AII+ slag type circulating fluidized bed:

  1. High combustion efficiency and boiler thermal efficiency.

  2. Desulfurization can be carried out in the furnace by adding limestone. The desulfurization rate can reach more than 90%. Low-temperature combustion reduces the generation of harmful gases NOx, which is beneficial to environmental protection.

  3. Wide coal adaptability.

  4. It is conducive to the comprehensive utilization of ash and slag, improving economic efficiency.

  This boiler uses a new type of vortex internal separation circulating fluidized bed technology jointly developed by our factory and Tsinghua University. It has the following characteristics:

  1) Compact structure, neat and beautiful appearance, integrating the separator and the furnace into one.

  2) The separator is composed of membrane water walls and relatively thin refractory materials, effectively preventing coking, and the separator performance is stable.

  3) The external temperature of the separator is low, and the heat dissipation loss is small.

  4) The boiler can be started and stopped in a short time.

  5) Multiple return material ports, uniform return material. Using a wall-type multi-hole semi-self-flowing valve, without mechanical structure, makes the return material stable and reliable, with a low failure rate.

  The boiler is a double-drum horizontal natural circulation water tube boiler. The fuel is fed into the furnace by a coal feeder and mixed with air from an isobaric air box for combustion. The flue gas generated by combustion enters the horizontal cyclone separator upwards. The cyclone separator is composed of two membrane walls to ensure the reliable operation of the separator (due to the cooling effect of the water wall tubes). The fly ash in the flue gas is separated due to inertia, and is sent back into the furnace for re-combustion by the loosening wind through the return material channel, greatly improving the combustion efficiency and significantly reducing the wear and tear of the rear heating surface. The flue gas from the cyclone separator, after being separated from the dust again through the U-shaped flue, scours the superheater from bottom to top, then horizontally scours the convection tube bundle, and finally enters the tail heating surface. The cast iron economizer and air preheater are both single-stage arrangements. After the flue gas passes through the air preheater, it enters the dust collector, and then is discharged from the chimney by the induced draft fan.

  The boiler ventilation method adopts a balanced ventilation method of blower and induced draft fan.
