Baohai Company has multiple production bases nationwide, engaged in the production of monohydrated zinc sulfate. Baohai Feed's main production Origin is in Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province. It is a professional manufacturer of zinc sulfate (feed grade) and related chemical products. Products are exported to Japan, Australia, the United States, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, and other countries. Baohai Feed has provided high-quality products and services to renowned domestic and international feed companies and customers in various fields. Its monohydrated zinc sulfate products are widely used in feed, fertilizer, ore dressing, pharmaceuticals, rubber, chemicals, electronics, and national defense. The annual production capacity of zinc sulfate products reaches 30,000 tons, making it one of the largest zinc sulfate producers in China.
On May 23, 2013, Pingxiang Baohai Feed Additive Co., Ltd. and our company signed the "15-ton circulating fluidized bed boiler contract," with our company responsible for all production, installation, and commissioning work of the SHX15-1.6-AII circulating fluidized bed boiler.
Characteristics of circulating fluidized bed:
1. High combustion efficiency and boiler thermal efficiency.
2. By adding limestone, in-furnace desulfurization can be performed. The desulfurization rate can reach over 90%. Using low-temperature combustion reduces the generation of harmful NOx gases, benefiting environmental protection.
3. Wide coal adaptability.
4. Facilitates comprehensive utilization of ash and slag, improving economic efficiency.
This boiler uses a new type of vortex internal separation circulating fluidized bed technology jointly developed by our factory and Tsinghua University. It has the following characteristics:
1) Compact structure, neat and beautiful appearance, integrating the separator and furnace into one.
2) The separator is composed of membrane water walls and relatively thin refractory materials, effectively preventing coking, and ensuring stable separator performance.
3) Low external temperature of the separator, resulting in less heat loss.
4) The boiler can be started and stopped in a short time.
5) Multiple return material ports, ensuring uniform return material. Using a wall-type multi-porous semi-self-flowing valve without mechanical mechanisms, making the return material stable, reliable, and with a low failure rate.
The boiler is a double-drum horizontal natural circulation water tube boiler. Fuel is fed into the furnace by a coal feeder and mixed with air supplied by an isobaric air box for combustion. The combustion gas rises and enters the horizontal cyclone separator. The cyclone separator is composed of two membrane walls to ensure reliable operation of the separator (due to the cooling effect of the water wall tubes). Fly ash in the flue gas is separated due to inertia and re-enters the furnace for re-combustion through the return material passage by the loosening wind, greatly improving combustion efficiency and significantly reducing wear and tear on the rear heating surface. The flue gas from the cyclone separator, after being further separated from dust through a U-shaped flue, upwardly washes the superheater, then horizontally washes the convection tube bundle, and finally enters the tail heating surface. The cast iron economizer and air preheater are both single-stage arrangements. After passing through the air preheater, the flue gas enters the dust collector, then is discharged from the chimney by the induced draft fan.
The boiler uses a balanced ventilation method with a blower and an induced draft fan.
