On October 25, 2011, Jiyuan Wanyang Green Energy Co., Ltd. and our company signed the Boiler Purchase and Engineering Contract, with our company responsible for all production, installation, and commissioning work of the WNS10-1.25-Q boiler.
The design of this product fully complies with the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers" (1996) issued by the Ministry of Labor of the People's Republic of China.
This boiler, Model WNS10-1.25-Y(Q), is a fully automatic horizontal internal combustion three-pass oil/gas quick-installation boiler. It adopts a wet-back structure. The corrugated furnace is the first pass, the second pass consists of screw-type smoke tubes, and the third pass consists of smooth smoke tubes. The boiler is equipped with a complete set of automatic control devices and safety protection devices, realizing automatic water level control and low water level alarm and shutdown; automatic steam pressure control and overpressure alarm; automatic boiler ignition, burner fire automatic adjustment, and flameout protection to ensure safe boiler operation.
The fuel for this product is oil or gas. The fuel is ejected from the burner and ignited by the electronic igniter, burning under slight positive pressure in the furnace. The high-temperature flue gas turns 180° from the combustion chamber and Enters the second pass, then turns 180° at the front smoke box and Enters the third pass, finally exiting through the rear smoke box and being discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
